Studio Policies and Information
The studio is open by appointment only.
Our available sessions fill up quickly, so be sure to call well in advance to reserve the date you want. A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer equal to your creation fee reserves your date. This retainer will be applied to your creation fee on the day of your session.
Kindly give 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your session.
We value your time, please extend us the same consideration. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your session, in most cases you will need to reschedule. Please note there will be a $50 rescheduling fee in this instance.
Your Originals (images from your session) will be ready approximately 1 to 3 weeks after your session.
The entire set of Originals in a beautiful linen album is available for purchase.
Orders will be placed at the time the Originals are presented. There is a minimum order requirement of $300.
Payment in full is due at the time your order is placed. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
All orders are final and non-refundable at the time they are placed. You may make additions to your order within the first 48 hours, but no other changes will be made after the presentation appointment.
Quality takes time. Finished portraits are usually ready for delivery within 4 to 8 weeks. The holiday season is especially busy - additional time will be required to process orders. Orders placed after November 14, 2008 cannot expect Christmas delivery.
Delivery of your portraits is a service we are proud to provide. In most cases delivery is complimentary. Please ask for details.
We greatly appreciate referrals! You will receive a complimentary 8x10 Classic print from your next session for each new client you refer.
All products and services are subject to state and local taxes.
Lesley Freeman Photography reserves the right to use images from photo sessions for advertising, trade and any other lawful purpose. We do require a signed model release for each subject we photograph.
We are unable to retain on file any images from your session which were not selected for enlargement.
Please respect the time, effort and talent that went into the creation of your portraits. All images are the property of Lesley Freeman Photography. Images are not to be copied, duplicated, used in part or whole without our express written consent . Thank you!
